It was a disappointing outing for our West Torrens Hahn Mens 3rd Grade, who went down to Woodville on a day to learn from.
Batting first, Woodville posted 9/135 from 40 overs. Tristan Wood batted well for the visitors, making 30 off 43 balls. Mark A Whenan starred with the ball, taking three for 19. Jamie Wirth weighed in with two for 20 off eight overs.
In reply, we finished on 71 from 18.3 overs. Archer Rothall was the pick of our batters with 17 off 22 balls. Our opponents' best with the ball was Kyle Champion (three for 18).
Well played to the visitors.
