It was a disappointing outing for our West Torrens Kookaburra Womens 1st Grade T20, who couldn't get past Adelaide.
It finished 10/40 to 2/173. Leading the way was Aijay Willoughby with 21 off 25 balls. Adelaide's Kelly Armstrong was the standout with the ball, taking five for 10.
Credit to Florence Miller, who made a half-century (83) for our opponents.
Not our day, but there's plenty to work with. We will be looking to get back in the winning column soon. Well played to the visitors.
