The scorecard reads West Torrens Kookaburra Womens 1st Grade T20 7/113, Sturt 6/118. Sanvi Shah was the pick of our batters with 49 off 60 balls. Credit to Nicole Hobbs, who claimed a five-wicket haul (five for 17) for the hosts.
Our opponents' best was a half-century from Emma de Broughe, who made 64 not out. Amanda-jade wellington picked up two for 15 off four overs. Maggie Clark claimed two for 16 as well.
There are plenty of positives to take out of this one.
A tough stretch, and one the team will be determined to end. Back to the nets, and on to the next one.
