It just wasn't our day: our West Torrens Kookaburra Womens 1st Grade couldn't get past Glenelg on a tough day.
Glenelg batted first and made 134 from 39.3 overs. Kate Peterson made 38 for our opponents. Jo Gardner picked up three for 10 off seven overs. Makenzie Holy also took two for 15.
In reply, we finished on 64 from 24.5 overs. Sanvi Shah led the way with 31 off 77 balls with two fours. Aijay Willoughby added a useful 21 off 22 balls. Lucy Bowering returned four for 8 for the visitors.
That's two losses in a row, but the girls will keep working hard.
The side will be keen to bounce back.
