On Saturday at Henley Grange Memorial Oval, our West Torrens West End Mens 2nd Grade put away Northern Districts in a pleasing performance.
First up, we made 8/200 from 50 overs. Charlie Edmunds posted a half-century, making 56 off 70 balls with nine fours. Alex Cappelluti brought up a polished half-century, finishing with 55 off 88 balls. For Northern Districts, Abhijot Sandhu took three for 21 off ten overs. Max Wallis picked up three for 30 for our opponents.
The visitors were all out for 162 in 41 overs in reply. Fifty for Charlie Fountain, who made 62 for our opponents. Mitchell Scholes bowled impressively to finish with four for 21.
Contributions came from right through the line-up.
Well done, team.
