It wasn't to be for our West Torrens West End Twenty20 Cup, who lost their match against Kensington in Senior Men action.
Kensington batted first and made 3/171 from 20 overs. Fifty for Alex Ross, who made 73 not out for the hosts. Seamus Keogh was the pick of our bowlers with two for 25.
Our chase ended at 6/156 from 20 overs. Daniel Drew top-scored with 46 off 32 balls. Jake Fraser-McGurk weighed in with 39 off 21 balls.
There are plenty of positives to take out of this one.
On to the next one.
