It was a good day out for our West Torrens Womens 1st Grade Stadium Real Estate, who were too good for Payneham to collect a well-earned win.
First up, we made 4/124 from 20 overs. A classy 59 not out off 49 balls from Ella Simpson was the highlight. For Payneham, Jessica Scott took three for 18 off three overs.
Chasing 125, the hosts reached 6/102 from 20 overs. Dani Reid held our opponents' innings together with 27. Simpson was the pick of the bowlers, taking two for 9 off four overs. Anastasia Robertson added two for 16.
That's back-to-back wins for the team.
Thanks to the hosts for the contest.
