Our West Torrens Kookaburra Womens 1st Grade T20 were in fine form and had the measure of Glenelg in Senior Women.
Our bowlers restricted Glenelg to 6/106 from 20 overs. Credit to Riya Gupta, who made a half-century (52) for the visitors.
In reply, the team reached the target at 5/107 in 17 overs. The top score came from Sanvi Shah, who made 43 off 41 balls. Lucy Bowering claimed three for 33 for our opponents.
A well-deserved win for the side. Two wins on the trot now for the girls. Well done, team.
