Our West Torrens Hahn Twenty20 Cup side lost their match against Kensington on a day that didn't go our way.
Batting first, we posted 10/120 from 17 overs. Seamus Keogh top-scored, making 30 off 24 balls. Jake Fraser-McGurk played a handy knock of 29. Kensington's Sam Rahaley was the standout with the ball, taking five for 32.
The visitors reached the target at 4/124 in 10.4 overs. Jack Matchett held our opponents' innings together with 46. The visitors were well served by Alex Ross, unbeaten on 45. Archer Byrne picked up two for 36 off 3.4 overs.
Not our day, but there's plenty to work with.
The team will be keen to turn things around after four straight losses. Congratulations to our opponents on the win.
