The side batted first and reached 7/203 from 40 overs. Fifty for Arnav Chaudhary, who finished with 50 off 82 balls. Marco Gariboli added a useful 44 off 49 balls. James Turner contributed 39 off 45 balls. East Torrens' best with the ball was Jake Polkinghorne (three for 25).
Our opponents reached the target at 6/207 in 34.5 overs. The hosts' best was a half-century from Henry Goold, who made 83. Angus Petherick led the way with the ball, finishing with two for 31.
There are plenty of positives to take out of this one. A tough stretch, and one the team will be determined to end.
Back to the nets, and on to the next one.
