It wasn't to be for our West Torrens Hahn Mens 4th Grade, who fell to Prospect at Broadview Oval.
Batting first, we posted 100 from 29.4 overs. Leading the way was Oliver Atkinson with 21 off 46 balls. Lachlan Sheppard added a useful 20 off 20 balls. Aryan Nayee was the best of Prospect's bowlers, finishing with four for 14.
In reply, our opponents passed our total, finishing on 5/102 in 22.1 overs. Thomas Jackaman held the hosts' innings together with 26. Max Sewell picked up two for 14 off five overs.
It's been a tough run, and we'll be working hard to turn it around. On to the next one.
